2018 has been a quite intense year with the upgrade of the Health System simulation for Columbia University, first customers with our innovative game: Business Odyssey and a new technology approach allowing us to deliver top quality services with our cloud based solutions. Previous achievements include:- Development of a new business simulation with HEC Paris: “The Human Capital Challenge” which emphasizes the impact of human capital decisions on business results and the strategic dimension of the HR function in an organization.- Coordination of four classes around business modeling for the “Businesseering” MBA. Classes cover design thinking, business modeling techniques, transfers of business models and business planning. Running the business modeling workshop using various methods and tools (a.o. Business Models Canvas from A. Osterwalder, M. Johnson…)- Development of a new business simulation focusing on concepts such as churn, customer retention, channels’ strategies, SaaS for the software company: F-Secure. - Columbia University: Development of a new simulation for Healthcare industry. The program addresses most of the strategic challenges that an American community hospital is facing daily. Program is run mainly for masters’ students in the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.- Automotive Simulation. Development of a simulation for the automotive industry focusing on the challenges of globalization, engineering and marketing. The simulation is mainly used by masters’ students at ESCP-EAP (Paris, Madrid and London).- Development of a banking simulation for one of the most prominent banks of Nordic countries: Nordea.- Development of a business simulation to illustrate the paradigms of multi-sided platforms- Development of a web based collaborative platform for multinational teams at EDF.
