Provided cross-functional management, directed at HQ ten functional senior managers and 17 branch managers nationwide with a general oversight of 730 employees. Established and managed the Venezuelan joint-venture subsidiary of Belgian Multinational Puratos Group (world leading manufacturer of raw materials for bakery and confectionary products, serving eight years in this capacity with full P&L accountability for branch performance.As founder of Puratos Venezuelan Subsidiary, I steered, administered and co-ordinated the manufacturing, marketing, sales human resource and administrative activities of the company in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives established and/or approved by the HQ of Puratos Group in the frame of its strategic plans and budgets, with full profit and loss responsibility.
