As a complement, I have developed with our clients a significant expertise regarding negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts (sale, supply and distribution contracts, consultancy agreements, joint-ventures, IFCE contracts, etc.). I have also acquired an expertise in inheritance law focusing on management of international estate-related issues.
