I offer outpatient therapy to a full time caseload of adults in Massachusetts.

I offer weekly yoga classes that incorporate meditation, breath, and physical poses.

-Provide weekly psychotherapy to adults in Somerville, Medford, and telehealth-Conduct person-centered intakes and assessments in a group practice setting-Create and implement treatment plans to help clients reach therapeutic goals-Attend weekly individual supervision, group supervision, and educational seminars

-Conduct person-centered intakes and assessments in the areas of behavioral health, education, personality, community engagement, vocational needs, relationships, and family interactions-Collaborate with clinician to create and implement treatment plans based on the assessment of strengths, needs, collateral contacts with other agencies, and collaboration with families served-Maintain caseload of 6 clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, boundaries, communication, self-esteem, emotional regulation, aggressive behaviors, ADHD, ASD, and PTSD-Provide weekly family, couples, and/or 1:1 therapeutic sessions with clients aged 5-18 and their adult guardians in alignment with CBHI guidance for culturally relevant and strengths-based care-Utilize diagnostic tools such as the PHQ-9, GAD 7, and Beck Depression Inventory-Record billable time and documentation (usually clinical progress notes) in an accurate and timely manner, including for intakes, face-to-face sessions, collateral contacts, and discharge planning-Lead (and listen to) case presentations to attain (and provide) feedback, guidance, and support

-Led outreach team including providing weekly 1:1 supervision sessions to two senior managers-Engaged in frequent collateral contacts, intake calls, advocacy, and relationship building to recruit, onboard, train, and engage 1,500+ mission-aligned volunteers and 50+ partner organizations-Developed and presented group workshops and trainings for 100+ volunteers and 45 nonprofit professionals to build mentorship skills and awareness of educational and racial equity-Collaborated with an external agency, Executive Director and Senior Manager of Communications to launch a complete organization rebrand to support expansion and best align with our mission and vision

-Wrote and designed education kits including culturally relevant SEL workbooks for youth, and trained 30 staff members on implementing group workshops that promote positive connection-Wrote and designed externally facing collateral materials including Annual Reports and created new online communication streams for volunteers and donors-Led workshops on equity, community engagement, and connective writing to 30+ colleagues-Oversaw a bilingual team of 10 employees who provided culturally relevant outreach during a threemonth COVID-19 vaccination clinic for older adults, low-income neighbors, and/or frontline workers-Developed and implemented a virtual teacher care program during the start of the pandemic for an underfunded school district--Conducted intake calls for new volunteers and community partners

-Develop and lead NCCP training workshops for 35 nonprofit professionals, and work with NCCP Leadership to lead, manage, train and develop NCCP employees-Actively develop and maintain partnerships and relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and organizations including principal, school staff and teachers, parents, community school partners and other community-based organizations-Work with Directors, Outreach Team and Program Manager to plan, coordinate, support and/or implement NCCP or NCCP supported programs, projects and events and Outreach events-Work with Outreach Team and Program Managers to recruit, greet, orient, administer, train, deploy and steward in-school and after-hour program volunteers and programmatic partners, providing a consistent and positive volunteer experience across all programs-Help identify and prioritize needs within the Neal Math and Science Academy school community-Work with Program Managers to ensure all customers understand the broader community school vision and encourage all customers to explore additional engagement opportunities-Assist in data collection and data analysis for NCCP in-school and after-hour projects and events; work with Directors to facilitate and administer community school and program-specific assessments

-Lead caseload of students in high-dosage school-day tutorials to support individual learning-Develop data-driven, appropriately rigorous, engaging lesson plans in Geometry and Algebra-Mentor students while monitoring and driving growth through data analysis & action planningFor every 10 low-income students who enter high school, 7 will graduate on time, 4 will enter college, and only 1 will earn a college degree by the age of 24 (The Promise of College Completion, 2011). Finding interventions that improve the academic outcomes of low-income students is one of our nation’s most urgent challenges. Saga is dedicated to ending educational inequity by supporting students from high-need communities. Fellows guarantee the academic success of students by focusing intently on individualizing instruction and building personal and meaningful relationships with their students. Each Fellow has a small caseload of about 15 struggling students, many with IEPs, who attend MathLab for a full period each school day. Fellow analyze data, utilize and create curriculum, collaborate on best practices, and provide academic support and general motivation and mentorship. Fellows contact families frequently about the progress. This communication forges trust, creates relationships, and keeps parents aware of the successes and needs of their children. Every site has a Saga coordinator who is responsible for observing, training, and supporting Fellows throughout the entire year, in the Saga math room. Fellows must be hungry for feedback to constantly reflect, learn, and continually hone their services and relationships.

-Supported Martin in preparing for effective meetings with artists, curators & contractors -Managed and authored Martin's correspondences via phone, e-mail, and snail mail -Maintained filing and various organizational systems and reorganized for efficiency

-Drafted IRB-approved proposal and secured grant funding for 3-month research project-Built report and conducted long-form interviews with 30 individuals from various backgrounds-Maintained accurate records and reports to summarize findings in blog and presentation-Extended research for two years as part of an honors thesis in American Cultural Studies

-Collaborated with parent & student volunteers to coordinate and teach lessons and activities -Mediated conflicts and facilitated learning amongst a diverse group of 3-7-year-old children -Volunteered at local after-school program to help students thrive academically and personally

-Facilitated meetings with members, community leaders, and legislators for structural change-Home-visited neighbors from diversity of backgrounds to encourage community involvement -Managed and utilized membership databases and spreadsheets, incl. through NationBuilder
