Responsibilities include:• Develop schedules and implementation logistics of advertising and marketing programs.• Engage with agencies or collaborate with in-house creative daily to ensure the development and analyses of advertising and marketing initiatives are on schedule (including digital advertising, direct mail and email campaigns, online app development, sweepstakes, contests and promotions, social media content, paid search and search engine optimization.)• Contribute to the strategic and creative development of advertising and search engine marketing.• Plan and implement social media strategies to support ongoing brand initiatives and short term promotions.• Monitor and concept updates to corporate website and affiliated landing pages for opportunities to improve consumer engagement and strengthen brand messages and search rankings.• Review performance data and analytics and propose interpretations into actionable future tactics.• Monitor competition and industry at large to identify opportunities to test new sources for prospect acquisition.• Assist with the implementation of communications designed for passenger advocacy initiatives.

Project Management of a large volume of direct mail, email marketing, marketing collateral and interactive landing pages to achieve specific sales and marketing targets. Daily responsibilities include:Direct contact for ad agencies or with in-house creative for all project details and guidelines.Request specific analysis, research and offers to shape upcoming communications.Develop pagination and creative brief for each project to indicate format, copy points and general organization of information. Route marketing projects for their review.Track project results - high performance results generated in all direct mail with year over year increase in response rates.Lead weekly status meetings and maintain weekly status reports.Editor of the quarterly loyalty newsletter, The Cunarder (includes all above responsibilities as well as):Work closely with Public Relations to propose and generate stories around current and upcoming corporate developments that are of interest to our past guest database in order to encourage future bookings and maintain brand interest.Budget forecasting
