Create, inspire and lead a DevRel global team (Europe+Asia) reporting to our VP of Engineering, focusing on our worldwide engineering community (9000+ people), and collaborating largely with corporate functions:- Grow the Tech IQ of our tech staff: increase knowledge & skills, foster networking internally and externally thanks to a ~500k€ yearly budget to support ~500 tech conf attendees, ~50 tech speakers, ~30 blog articles & videos, ~40 hands-on labs and tech talks - our events commonly exceed 1k participants- Help accelerate transversal tech projects in collaboration with other tech entities from the CTO organisation (e.g., open source, hackathon, partnership & sponsorship) and coach our tech evangelist community- Advocate for tech & engineering community internally (through dedicated benchmarking) & externally, increase our tech branding & corporate attractiveness

Build Amadeus next-gen Loyalty platform- Advocate and implement the move to a cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, Kafka, Couchbase) with eventing, change data capture and open APIs as first-class citizens- Scale both the platform and the engineering teams, spread over 3 worldwide sites, to sustain the organic growth of our customer base- Coordinate exploration and benchmarking of public cloud providers' managed services- Advertise tech roadmap and innovation to stakeholders and customers
