I started with Street League as a Quality and Performance Administrator and was promoted to Coordinator when we won a contract with ESF (European Social Fund) in May 2016. I have since added to the contracts I manage when we secured a contract through the Wise Group for Fair Start Scotland.My tasks include, but are not limited to:• Creating and constantly reviewing documents that will be used as participants files• Following the guidelines as set out by ESF in relation to our contract• Liaising with senior management• Making claims for outputs with SDS (Skills Development Scotland)• Auditing our participants through the Wise Groups management information system, “Athena” to ensure we will pass compliance• Making claims for outputs with the Wise Group• Updating in house financial details via spread sheets• Managing and maintaining an effective filing system• Auditing all outcomes for Street League (Scotland)• Creating and maintaining/reviewing Street League's Outcome Policy• Training new members of staff on quality and compliance• General administrative tasks in relation to my role• Any ad hoc duties as requested by line manager or Managing DirectorIn April 2016 I worked with Senior Management in Street League and created the Outcome Policy that will be utilised by every team across Street League. I will be responsible in reviewing and updating this, along with Senior Management, on a yearly basis.

Supporting the Social Work Professional Training Team. I managed 3 members of staff.Tasks included:• Delegation and supervision• Organising conferences for 200+ people from start to finish• Arranging in house training on a weekly basis for Social Work staff• Liaising with external partners around interagency courses eg Police Scotland and NHS• Raising and paying for invoices connected to Social Work Training using various different systems• Reconciling the 4 budgets attached to Social Work Training• Carrying out staff reviews • Preparing packs/folders and paperwork for courses• Managing the system used by staff to apply for courses• Running reports and stats on trends with relation to training • Issuing survey monkey evaluations to attendees and collating responses• Monitoring and evaluating systems used to ensure no improvements needed

I worked here full time during my school summer holidays over 3 consecutive years.I carried out various back office tasks such as issuing statements, filing and processing mail.
