In charge of purchasing contracts for Services in Europe such as design engineering and installation of signalling materials on different types of trains, locomotives.In charge of other commodities: Capex, Transport and Logistics.

Sandvik: World n°2 for drills and underground equipment.> Responsible for new projects implementation: main customer contact, negotiation of after-sales proposals, suppliers coordination. Follow-up equipment purchasing/delivery, assembly, commissioning, warranty starting. Coordination with the customer to implement the parts supply chain and stocks in Africa. Risk assessment. Close contact with OEM. In charge of budget> Technical expert of the sales team to comply with mining customers' requirements (including purchasing, equipment specifications, complex proposal, life cycle costs, after-sales strategies, training,...)> Close contact (purchasing) with the OEM Komatsu and Sandvik> Responsible for the writing of after-sales contracts: on-site support and parts supply agreement> Regular visits to customers' mine sites and headquarters (15%)

AW Europe (Aisin Group - Japan) is a major player in the field of automatic gearboxes (and integrated navigation multimedia systems) for the automotive industry.> Manage quality claims at customer's (a major car manufacturer) production plants and perform line audits> Manage main field quality claims with the collaboration of the dealers and perform signal measurements on cars> Monitor all the results, keep a global view and report/discuss the action plan with the mother company.> Coordinate, in close collaboration with customers and AW, new projects to obtain the approvals for interim and series manufacturing> Develop new collaborations according to the evolution of the customer, the market,...For instance, increasing of the Chinese market, new ways of working to comply with new technologies> Regular visits to customer's plants and dealers (20%)
