- Identify the market needs in terms of retail and distribution;- Coordinate the purchasing team to respond to the marketing demands;- Creating the buying strategy – creating the budget split per sourcing type, license, category, private label; - Involve in the private label process – identify the need, validate the products, participate to the creation process, negotiate the purchasing/production prices, create the marketing strategy for the products;- Manage the exclusive brands – decide the marketing budget per brand, sales channels, pricing policy;- Negotiate both internal and external contracts;- Represent the company to all the international fairs related with toys industry (USA, HongKong, China, Germany, UK), as a buyer but also as a seller of own brand products;- Manage the categories – retail – creating the mix of products, marketing plan, pricing.

- Identifying new suppliers for raw materials and goods- Follow up the contracts signed by the company with the main supplierso Checking the delivery rate;o Adjusting the deliveries based on the company needs;o Arranging the logistic, and custom clearance- Creating weekly reports about the status of the contracts, underlining the threats and proposing the adjusting measures.
