• Drives revenue growth across CCH’s portfolio by assuring the optimum product, channel and price mix, addressing the right consumption occasions• Focus on Profitability while approaching Volume as a mean to maximize Revenue• Delivers the optimal pack-price architecture and pricing frameworks via efficient use of insights• Assures implementation of pricing governance and compliance processes• Determines strategic pricing opportunities and cross-channel strategies• KBIs tracking and monitoring• Builds selling stories for the sales force in case of new launches or price adjustments• Creates and delivers trainings on RGM and OBPPC - championing RGM education, understanding and partnership within the wider CCH organization

• Lead category management initiatives inside and outside the company• Participate in MT & FT customer meetings to propose category growth opportunities and to develop joint business plans (eg. of IKA customers addressed: Hypermarket – Carrefour, Auchan, Cora, Real; Supermarket – Mega Image, Profi; Petroleum – OMV, Lukoil, Mol) • Coordinate the annual process of reviewing the merchandising standards for cold equipment, ensuring that the company strategic directions are met • Participate in the annual business plan process, providing insights about the category behavior & trends • Create FMCG market analysis to identify category growth opportunities across trade channels and products• Propose shelf and cooler planograms to retailers, based on market share information, shopper insights, merchandising studies, retailer sell-out data and up-coming market trends• Build category management projects together with MT & FT managers and retailers to capture value growth opportunities• Build merchandising capabilities inside the company: FT & MT sales force• Suggest assortment proposals to retailers to optimize the product portfolio, reduce the risk of out-of-stock and increase point of sale profitability • Be part of category vision initiatives at national and group level• Manage the category development annual budget

• Conduct and supervise the reporting team in the Commercial Department• Prepare sales performance reports to all business layers (management, sales force, third-party departments, TCCC)• Assure that reporting processes are followed and updated• Create user friendly management dashboards• Take part in company projects as lead and/or support for implementation• Assure the role of SAP key user (develop SAP reports in Query Designer, deliver SAP induction trainings to new hires, communication with SAP consultants for new developments)• Provide management analysis for business under or over performance• Create and implement development plans for team members • Continuous research for process optimization solutions (acquired Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt)
