Headlink Partners is a management consulting firm, originally primarily positioned on the conduct of change in the financial sector. I developed its "marketing and digital" practice.

Co-founder, I was in charge of the operations: pre-sales (clarification of the needs of the customers, writing of the commercial propositions), production and delivery monitoring. In parallel, I took a great part in the design and the development of our "Live" offer: the possibility of watching a live event on the web (concert, match). Finally, I contributed to the business development of the e-commerce offer under Drupal (launch of the Commerce Guys subsidiary).

The idea of Géo12 was to offer a telephone information service with the possibility of being localized and guided to the address sought, by a human advisor. The project (2 founders) was funded by the two corporate sponsors of the project.My partner and I developed the prototype of the guidance software that had to be used by the call center.The project was abandoned (democratization of GPS, free services such as Google Maps, ...).

Strategy and organization consultancy in the telecommunications and media sector.Within the "Planet" team, then the "Strategy" practice. Responsible for the "Shop" (internal support team delivering specific strategic studies).

Technical sales support (pre-sales) for the sale of wireless telecom systems to municipalities throughout South East Asia.
