My role as Director of Operations at Teknicks requires me to apply effective leadership, management and negotiation theories to everyday challenges. I work very closely with the CEO to effectively communicate critical matters and contribute to the development of strategic goals of Teknicks.Marketing Responsibilities Include: - Leading and executing marketing services across SEO, User Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization, Email Marketing, and Paid Marketing- Contributing to the company blog on marketing and operational topics- Developing and presenting marketing plans for all clients with a focus on driving an increase in traffic, user engagement, and conversions- Leading brainstorming sessions to mind map new ideas and conceptsOperational Responsibilities include:- Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous innovation- Ensuring that the strategic and business objectives are being put into practice at Teknicks- Conducting yearly employee performance reviews and determining level of raises / bonuses based on performance and budgets- Minimizing costs and analyzing areas of improvement to maximize efficiency and improve profitability including determining staffing requirements, interviewing, hiring and overseeing the training of new employees- Administering day-to-day processing of accounts receivables using QuickBooks, producing weekly reports in conjunction with the Financial StrategistBusiness Development Responsibilities include:- Reviewing weekly sales reports- Aiding in the development of sales outreach creative strategies- Collaborating and participating in sales activities including the development of and setting prices for all new services, programs and packages
