Responsible for EDI, EAI, Knowledge Management, Collaborative solutions as well as Intranet and Corporate Internet web sites.

• Manage Indianapolis and Boulogne EDI/EAI & Knowledge Management teams (20+ people, 7 M € budget). • Middleware and platforms rationalization with strong production and economic constraints.

• Manage Indianapolis and Boulogne EDI/EAI teams (10+ people, 3 M € budget). • Re-engineer environment to fit business requirements and company focus shift (introduction of Business Process Management, KPIs, SLAs, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance).• Deployment of the EDI ESCO platform (24/7 Disney/BVHE activities outsourced to Thomson).

• Design of global e-Business back-office tools: product database, multilingual dynamic content management tool.• Management of IT e-Biz B2C team (5+), deploying (at this time) high audience web sites. Among them: ° Corporate portal: www.thomson.net, ° B2C brand site: www.thomson-europe.com (15 languages, 25 countries, 1.2 million pages viewed/month), ° ADSL products web site: www.speedtouch.com (2 millions pages viewed/month).

• Creation and growth of a Digital Imaging R&D Lab. • Management of a multi disciplinary team (10+, in Europe, Americas, Japan…), delivering consumer-imaging software.• Business Development (camera cell phones, digital cinema, new consumer products, Internet services…).• Deployment of Methodologies and Best Practices across teams (Patents, CMM, reusability…).• Active member of the Kodak Software Architecture Council, and the Kodak Industrie Scientific Council.

• Design and implementation of the first digital postcard software over the Internet (Picture PostCard).• Member of PhotoCD and FlashPix standard definition committee (in collaboration with Philips and Microsoft). • Support, development and evangelization of digital imaging products and new technologies (printers, scanners, cameras, etc). Supervision and implementation of industrial and consumer oriented applications.

• Development of scientific image processing applications (Optilab, Concept VI).
