Lauren Trimble DHom is a graduate of the Montreal Institute of Classical Homeopathy Homeopathic-Naturopathic program. She began her career in the healing arts studying Jin Shin Do Acupressure and later trained at the Montreal Gongfu Research Centre where traditional Chinese medicine is combined with martial arts. She has studied Nonviolent Communication, David Bohm’s Dialogue methods, as well as Active Listening by Carl Rogers. Currently she is offering Classical homeopathy sessions, soul level case taking, and HTSF complexes as well as Naturopathic techniques. These methods retune the body’s natural healing capacity, and develop consciousness in a compassionate and gentle way.Health and healing has been a long time study for her and is another of the 'arts' she shares with others. As a graphic designer Lauren worked within a start-up design company, as an in-house designer, as well as freelance. Her experience is in visual design for print and for web, content creation both visual and written, marketing and branding consultation, writing, editing and proofing. Lauren is also an accomplished ceramic sculptor. She has planned, organized and hosted art shows that were beyond average. She has also been part of many local group exhibitions and developed one of a kind sculpture commissions.Lauren co-founded the Montreal Healing Arts Community, a local non-profit offering networking with outreach and education to the healing community, and also started a Montreal support group for social phobia. This work is far reaching, everything from management, design, content creation and management, communications and social media to event planning and hosting. Lauren has experience in management positions, in teaching groups and individuals and in leading workshops.
