CurrentAs the Head of Core Services, I lead dynamic teams responsible for the provision of cross-functional services in the field of funds and private assets operations. My role encompasses the management and distribution of data supplied by counterparties, ensuring the seamless flow of information vital for all the operational chain, like transaction processing, pricing or reconciliation.A significant part of my role involves overseeing the management of tax and regulatory compliance for investments made on behalf of our clients. This not only includes the rigorous application of international standards and regulations but also involves a keen focus on risk management. I am responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential operational risks as part of our overall compliance strategy, ensuring our operations are always within the boundaries of legal and ethical guidelines while protecting the bank and our clients' interests.My key responsibilities include:- Directing and supervising teams providing cross-functional services in investment fund operations.- Overseeing the management and distribution of data from counterparties, facilitating operational workflows.- Supervising the activities that ensure tax and regulatory compliance for client investments, adhering to international standards and legal guidelines, and managing associated risks.- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.- Drive change and accompany the digitalization of dedicated processes.- Actively participate to the management of the unit Funds and Private Assets Services.With a strong commitment to operational excellence and risk management, I strive to drive continuous improvement in our processes, ensuring we deliver the highest level of service to our clients while maintaining stringent compliance standards and protecting the bank as well as their investments.
