Atypical professional career that began serving the French government as head of specialized operational services with missions in France and abroad. In 2011, I placed myself in availability of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs to join Velours France and created Velours International in Brazil, the first international subsidiary of the group.I took the full leadership in developing new services such as Economic Intelligence and I opened quickly new regional subsidiaries in Latin America: in 2013 in Argentina for the countries of the southern cone, in 2015 in Colombia for the Andean countries , and set up a representative office in 2016 in Venezuela.I decided to diversify my activities and to invest in innovation. I created and invested in an independent digital art magazine in 2015, Freakmarket, and in Vici, which became in 2017 a company of innovation and influence communication.I was strongly involved in the bilateral and institutional relations within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Brazil of São Paulo, elected counselor, animating for more than 05 years various committees (entrepreneurship, startups), organizing all these years almost 80 events. I was called in 2018 to integrate the executive board of the CCIFB.At the board of the French tech hub São Paulo for 02 years, I was asked by the Americans of the Founder Institute, the biggest accelerator in the early stage world, to be a mentor on São Paulo in 2017.This visibility allowed me to be asked to be advisor of several startups like Greenbonb, a socio-environmental impact company, Boxoffice a company of urban mobility or Allice a company working on the empowerment of women, to name only the most visible.In 2019, I became the unique shareholder of Velours International in Latin America.In 2020, I integrated 04 employees into the capital of the group. They managed our day-to-day business from Brazil, while I moved back to Europe for family reasons, leaving my position as CEO but remaining a majority shareholder in the Group. I decided to return to public service at the Internal Affairs between September 2020 and October 2023, which I decided to leave again to take back my role as CEO of Velours International.In November 2023, we created Velours France.In June 2024, I was elected councilor of the CCBF (Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France) and joined a number of think tanks, discussion and networking groups, including Medef Hérault, Medef International, the French Founders club and the Racines Sud network.
