Plan, coordinate, analyse and challenge results, MYB budgets and related forecasts. Monitor performance of actuals vs budget;- Produce (consolidated) management reporting;- Be the center of competence for cost reporting, management and financial income reporting;- Steering of global projects related to the management reporting domain.Performance Management - Facilitate and coordinate strategic sessions allowing the Management Committee to align on the strategic priorities and actions based on updated trends and SWOT views, as well as to validate the transversal projects over the coming MYB cycle;- Facilitate & consult on different strategic discussions. In-depth insights and studies in strategic topics, with close link to the MYB planning process.- Provides strategically relevant market information and peers benchmarking;- Manages the strategy communication.IFRS17/9 - Responsible of methodological choices;- Coordinate and validate the financial and management reporting processes.

- Perform ALM studies, analyze ALM positions and make pro-active ALM proposals, in collaboration with the Business Lines, Chief Investment Office and Risk Management;- Develop and maintain ALM Models and Reporting Framework;- Produce ALM reporting;- Prepare ALM Committee meetings;- Propose and perform Strategic Asset Allocation in order to optimise the long term margin within the defined risk appetite limits.- Assist management in understanding the sensitivity of the different balance sheet items to financial market movements (and especially interest rate sensitivity).- Provide forward-looking insights into the future free cash flow generation capability under different scenarios.- Follow market developments and detect interesting opportunities;- Keep oversight of global coherence of ALM standards and principles;- Participate in the Financial Assets and Real Estate Investment Committees in order to safeguard alignment of investment decisions to SAA and to characteristics of the liabilities (cash flows and duration) and to pro-actively detect if updates and clarifications in the SAA need to be submitted to the ALM Committee- Group ALM function : Define « best practices » methodologies, frameworks and guidelines to support ALM related analysis and decisions at entity level / Provide expert advice and support in ALM related topics to the Ageas entities.
