As a Senior Consultant with Deloitte's Operations Transformation practice I supported and led reviews and design of management processes for a variety of public sector organizations. In addition, I was a contributor to Deloitte's Smart City and Future of Mobility Communities of Practice, where I helped grow Deloitte's Smart City and Future of Mobility practices in British Columbia. In 2019, I was one of 11 Deloitte practitioners selected globally to attend the UNLEASH Innovation Lab in Shenzhen, China, where I contributed to development of a Mobility as a Service solution to support the Transportation stream of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. A sample of projects I contributed to include, but are not limited to: developed a Provincial Digital Innovation Transportation Strategy, conducted a review of an Health Sector IM/IT transformation program, performed process analysis of a public safety government program, designed a cross-functional process and decision making structure for a crown corporation, and established project management practices for a Project Management Office supporting a WorkDay implementation.

As a Consultant with Deloitte Consulting's Strategy and Operations practice, I supported transformational initiatives and operational reviews for a variety of clients in the Public Sector and the Energy and Resources Industry. A sample of the types of consulting performed include, but are not limited to: designed an organizational structure and governance for a new government program, managed an integrated plan for a large scale process transformation for a large Canadian Oil and Gas organization, developed functional requirements and test cases for the modernization of a natural resources government system and web application, ran a Smart City External Advisory Panel for two large Canadian Municipalities, conducted an activity based costing analysis for the BC's Government FoI service and related processes, conducted data analysis and developed a financial model for a proposed new government program, and conducted a privacy and security audit of a crown corporation.
