I spent 2 years working at Box, which were the 2 most inspiring years I've lived professionally.At first as a "firefighter", I have gotten to work on all kind of areas of the codebase, depending on where problems would arise. It gave me the opportunity to contribute on many areas of the code, and widened tremendously my vision of what a web application has to be.During that period, I specifically worked on the data access layer, dealing with issues around scalability and consistency.I later worked on a backend service, responsible for the queueing and proper execution of all the background tasks triggered by the webapp.I was recognized as a Senior Software Engineer just before leaving Box in August 2013.
