After discovering DDMRP principles back in 2013, applying it, and winning the French famous award "King of Supply Chain" when I was plant manager, I have decided to dedicate my full time and energy to spread this supply chain methodology around the world.I share my experience of 50+ Demand Driven transformation projects during my trainings, my workshops.I have invented DDBrix, the DDI compliant management game based on Lego bricks, used by 3500+ participants in 20+ countries.With my partners, we have developped a software DDMRP and DDS&OP compliant, used by 50+ customers in 18+ countries.Improve at least one thing every day and at the end of the month processes are stronger and results are better !
