Design all aspects of reward programs including short-term incentives, stock plans, base pay programs, and benefits. Determine program strategic objectives, guiding principles, provide options, and work closely with management to determine the best course of action. Work to implement programs to execute as designed, ongoing management and effectiveness for annual review processes. Launch of global job codes, grade/levels and rationalization of pay practices.Provide executive compensation recommendations and materials. Report to leadership and the Comp Committee of the BOD to support compensation and benefits recommendations.Benchmark and design benefits programs to ensure all programs provide meaningful choice to employees and support trend and risk management needs of leadership. Oversee compliance issues and provide oversight to the implementation and ongoing management of plans. Manage contracting and filings.Help to clarify an employer brand in the external marketplace by working to launch a new program on both the career website and the print collaterals. Determine media plan for recruiting for the year and execute and manage all contracts.Evaluate the recruiting and onboarding processes in Taleo to provide greater speed and accuracy. Determine appropriate policies. Vendor management for background screenings, I9 verification, eVerify, and drug screening. Work closely with internal stakeholders to determine policies for all scenarios and the appropriate levels of approvals for all situations.Evaluate, design and implement a service center concept for all Human Resources functions so employees have one resource to help with questions regarding policies, benefits, candidate status, or onboarding status in addition to other functions such as payroll and the ethics hotline. Begin evaluation of internal communications policies and procedures to ensure successful change management and implementation of the rapid changes in the organization.
