Driving direct hiring: pro-actively resourcing for candidates through advertising and online methods to increase non-agency applications and build talent pipelines for specific practice areas. We have just expanded the department to encompass client recruitment, where we assist with existing and new clients on hiring their staff. Part of the Talent Management group to help devise a strategy in attracting and retaining staff. HR duties include: writing and sending offer letters, probation letters, conducting the HR induction for all new starters at every level, minute taking.
