UHY Hacker Young is a UK Top 15 Accountancy Organisation.Responsible for the delivery of all experienced hires and graduate recruitment for the firm in London & Nottingham.Working across all fee-earning practice areas and support staff, delivering a high quality recruitment, selection and on-boarding service to the business. Driving direct hiring: pro-actively resourcing for candidates through advertising and online methods to increase non-agency applications and build talent pipelines for specific practice areas. We have just expanded the department to encompass client recruitment, where we assist with existing and new clients on hiring their staff. Part of the Talent Management group to help devise a strategy in attracting and retaining staff. HR duties include: writing and sending offer letters, probation letters, conducting the HR induction for all new starters at every level, minute taking.

I worked as part of a team in a payroll bureau and held a portfolio of 60 clients. I was the first point of contact on all payroll issues, and have knowledge regarding RTI, auto enrolment, SMP, SSP, PAYE and NIC.

I was responsible for office maintenance and all other issues related to the day-to-day operational aspects of the business.
