I was on the executive board for my sorority acting as Vice President of Finance. Some of my responsibilities for this position was to create and manage the sorority’s $60,000 budget, pay and negotiate prices with multiple vendors for sorority functions on a rigid schedule, manage income and expenses in Excel for 70 members, and to adjust financial plans specific to each member based on their ability to pay.

During my time there I assisted in developing commercial narrative appraisal reports used to value properties for mortgage lending which was done in excel.
