Responsibilities (Overview)• Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies• Work closely with the CEO and department heads to align marketing communications for all company strategies, plans, and partnerships.• Manage marketing budget and expenditures• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing, communications channels, and all product/service offerings• Manage and oversee the use of brand and key messages by all employees, sales teams, and leadership• Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness• Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies• Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary• Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO• Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events• Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
