● Supports Smeal College of Business students transitioning from Commonwealth campuses to University Park through personalized guidance and mentorship.● Organizes events such as the two-day COBALT (Conference on Bringing Accelerated Leaders Together) Forum, successfully connecting students from various campuses to foster leadership development.

● Creates conversations and outlines objectives for developing racial healing programs for POC (people of color).● Fosters connections with nonprofit organizations and GITS members from 9+ states in the U.S. and other locations such as Costa Rica, South Africa, Haiti, and Venezuela.● Collaborates with families, communities, and co-ops in Costa Rica to advocate for the safeguarding of water rights, raise awareness for important socioeconomic issues, and advance cultural understanding.● Plans and organizes DEI initiatives, specifically regarding intersectionality and LGBTQ issues, such as the Community Listening Series program.
