CurrentIn a broad-brush capacity that straddles senior leadership and tactical execution, lead cross-platform strategies for BI tools and data, SMS, email, CRM, and consumer financing. Using the best practices from digital and growth marketing, I now oversee the strategic expansion of our CRM department in both external messaging and internal customer insights/analysis to monitor company wide LTV and other KPIs.I also spearheaded a company-wide data literacy and architecture strategy. And now maintain the database and BI tool, as well as new report/dashboard generation.In addition, I execute the Family of Brand's consumer finance program, including identifying and evaluating potential financing partners, negotiating terms, and managing partnerships. As well as analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to maximize incremental returns and provide the best customer experience in both ecomm and retail.
