Worked at local carry out during high school. Worked at a car dealership after high school, while going to college, and working at the carry out, washing & detailing cars. Gained a position as counterperson, and later became inventory controller, and helped with warranty claims.Hired into Procter & Gamble as a Line Technician in the packing department. Took a role as counter attendant in the storeroom, gaining skills in SAP. Awarded a role as Technical Database Leader, learning to build functional location structures and bills of materials for line equipment and projects. Returned to core operations, and later took an opportunity to be a Team Leader in a new business at the site. Led a line team, and was part of the department leadership team. Then became a Maintenance Planner for a new line, building maintenance plans & scheduling. I received a Corporate CEO Award for my work in this role. I was then offered my current role, to lead the site storeroom, where I manage 5 contractors & 3 co-workers. Responsibilities include managing the department budget, scorecard results, inventory, parts registration, ordering, and receiving. I am also a member of the site PM pillar, serving as the backup leader, & past technician representative on the Site Leadership Team.
