Lauri is an experienced Professional with over 20 years of business experience in finance, accounting, project leadership and real estate. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 1990. She graduated from California State University Fullerton with a B.A. in Finance. She went on to work in commercial real estate with The Koll Company and WSGP Partners both in Newport Beach, California.Building on her real estate experience and finance degree, Lauri worked as a consultant and project manager with Arthur Andersen LLP, Leap Source, and Real Foundations. Her area of expertise included business process improvement, accounting and construction system selections and technology implementations for the real estate, hospitality and other industries. Lauri co-managed the firm’s largest global re-engineering and system implementation while at Arthur Andersen. The implementation of a Tier 1 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system involved a team of more than 200 people and took nearly two years to deploy. In 2002, Lauri started her own accounting service business. She assisted clients with the setup of their accounting and finance systems; created budget and forecast tools and performed day-to-day accounting and reporting functions. Today, she is the Controller of a Commercial Real Estate Development company based in Southern California. She is responsible for all accounting operations and financial reporting for over fourteen business entities. Lauri’s past employers and clients know her as highly energetic, motivated, organized, talented, and a hardworking professional. She worked full-time through college to pay her tuition, room and board. At the age of 19, Lauri purchased her first home which she did without a co-signer. With honesty, loyalty and dedication as her core principals, Lauri is committed to providing excellent service and would be an invaluable asset to any company.Lauri resides in Southern California with her husband and two children. She is recently open to new career opportunity locally and also welcomes the possibility of re-locating for the right opportunity as her current company is winding down operations.
