I am a highly motivated individual that is returning to the workforce after a few years of enjoying retirement. During my time of reflection, I have found that I have so much more to offer a company who's mission is to improve patient lives.

Functioned as a consultant to key accounts in a 10 state area by assisting with the sales and implementation of a Point of Care Device. Built the product value, minimized declining business and helped drive territory growth. Penetrated all areas of hospital, primarily critical care, CVOR and ED. Presented to key decision makers which included C-level. Performed clinical validations, educated clinicians and worked with the hospital's IT department to get patient results into the EMR.ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Attended 3 Presidents Clubs for being a top performer. Awarded Executive of the year in 2007 and 2012. Honored with best team player in 2008, 2012 and 2015. Received 7 "Magical Moment" awards for showing stellar customer service.

Provided support to customers in the implementation of a Point of Care system. Penetrated all areas of hospital, primarily, critical care, CVOR and ED. Collaborated with sales team on sales strategies and presentations. Assisted the field support staff in difficult implementations to help solve political or technical issues.ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Attended 2 Presidents Clubs for being a top performer. Awarded Implementation Executive of the year in 2004 and 2005. Developed a training guide for Point of Care Specialist and new employees both domestic and European. I was Honored Implementation Coordinator of the Southwest Region in 1996 and promoted to Senior Implmentation Coordinator in 1999. Consistently received above average bonuses for work completed.

Responsible for the performance of 33 staff members in the Phlebotomy department. Developed and monitored all Point of Care laboratory testing, including training medical staff, quality control activities, product utilization, problem solving and proficiency testing.ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Successfully implemented the i-STAT system house-wide. Designed the curriculum for Phlebotomy accreditation. Honored employee in 1993 for implementing a cost savings product.

Monitored patients during clinical trials. Worked with the IRB, developed protocols and performed laboratory assays.

Generalist in the laboratory. Assisted the surgical Pathologist with bone marrows, gross anatomy and frozen sections.
