Nordic Drones is Finland’s first and leading drone pilot trainer and manufacturer of drones designed for professional use. Nordic Drones designs, manufactures and delivers high-quality nordic climate-compatible aerial system solutions for professional use.I was hired to work mainly on the assembly and testing of drones, but during the first year, my responsibilities shifted mainly towards system integration and research and development tasks as my skills were recognized in the organization. I worked with major international clients and retailers to deliver customer oriented solutions and customization. In-house preparation for new regulatory requirements, designing and implementing next-generation solutions in-house as well as with international subcontractors.During the years I was responsible for leading successful projects such as:Integration, tuning/optimization, and testing of flight management system on next-generation aerial system.Lead hardware and software designer of high precision global navigation satellite system (GNSS) solution for precision aerial mapping.Leading in-house specialist in preparing the organization to meet EASA drone regulations on “specific category” -operations.
