I provide both counseling services and personal coaching. I also work with healthcare professionals to increase their clientele and referral networks. In all that I do I strive to provide support, coping strategies and creative solutions using the science of psychology in combination with a holistic philosophy.Over the past 15 years I have developed a unique system of problem solving and life planning called "Growing The Whole Way" This system provides support, coping strategies and creative solutions in counseling. For coaching clients it is a framework for goal development, strength building and action planning. This system teaches how to think bigger and include the mind, body and spirit for better results in making change and taking care of yourself in the process of getting there. The workbook includes key concepts and practical strategies to help with motivation, organization, meaningful planning, efficiency with follow through and self development. The book also becomes a personalized resource outside of session time and can be used again for future goals.
