I have worked in various supplier management and sourcing roles in IT and software businesses and lately also in physical production related partner management. During my working years I have gained experience in different cultures and working environments as part of global and also virtual team. My strongest areas of expertise are supplier management including contract negotiations and supplier relationship management, service management including budgeting, KPI measurement and other service management related tasks and team management including resourcing, competence development, performance evaluation. I am used to managing difficult situations under strong cost pressure. I also have strong experience on how different suppliers act in negotiation situations and also on different company cultures. In my current role, strong interpersonal and influencing skills are very much needed, as I’m responsible for the performance of OpusCapitas production partners with very different business cultures.
