We investigate each case one by one to compare members information, making sure there IP address matches there location, listen to the call log. If anything is suspicious we freeze accounts to futher investigate. We work with numerous systems to find the answers we need to make sure the members information and retirement is protected.

When ever there is an issue that can't be solved at that time I create a ticket and forward it to the associate who would be able to assist further. We also work through the ticket system to answer emails and numerous questions members may have. I also get in contact with member's to make them aware of any issues with there order's.

If I am unable to assist the members I forward them to the associate who can assist them further. Provide member's with information on there account as well as update there information if needed. It is sometimes necessary to talk members threw there online banking and walk them threw how they can change there password and such. Keeping up with our online updates as well as new deals or services we can provide out member's. Be ready to assist other member service represenative's when they are in a time crunch

Providing member with information needed to move forward with future investments or potentially useful products and services, It's sometimes necessary to walk members threw processes step by step especially for website sign in issues or how to make payments using online services.

I processes customer transactions face-to-face for a variety of routine to more complex financial transactions including but not limited to check cashing, withdrawals, and deposits, closing accounts. This job is responsible to balance cash drawers and assisting customers with basic product information.
