Laurice Macapaz, aka “Auie,” has been enriching top performing organizations in the field of People and Organizational Development for more than 20 years.  Her areas of expertise and interest are in Training and Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Corporate Culture, Engagement, Women Empowerment, and Sustainability. She is a multi-awarded HR leader having been recognized by HRD Asia’s Best in Workplace Flexibility 2020, HRD Asia's Best in Training and Development Program 2021, Top Employers Certification for 2020 and 2021 for her programs at a multinational manufacturing and direct-selling company. All these, quite notably, were achieved in the midst of the pandemic.  She finished her undergraduate studies earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from the University of Santo Tomas. She also has a certificate in Early Childhood Education from San Francisco, California, a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, and a Masters Degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management.  Auie is a globally-certified facilitator, a professionally-trained life coach, and a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. She currently offers organization and project development consultancy through her firm, Paths to Purpose.She’s a strong advocate for women empowerment and the environment and is crazy enough to believe that she can change the world.
