I am a people person and enjoy making people happy! I am an expert communicator, through visual, written and spoken means. I enjoy being creative and brainstorming. I offer a committed attitude to anything I undertake and enjoy seeing the end product or event being a success and being enjoyed by those it was done for. I am goal-oriented, a team player and a leader. I see things through and have the skills necessary to be a good manager and peer. Owning my own small event catering business for 25 years on the side of my full time positions allows me to use my creative and culinary skills to help supplement our family income. My commitment to family, church, work and community make my life busy and I wouldn't want it any other way. I am an experienced professional in all aspects of my life and able to bring many things to any team I choose to be a part of. I enjoy singing, travel, shopping, football, cooking/baking, our pets and art. I am involved in many areas of my church and community, including serving on the Dickinson County Endowment Fund as officer and past president; officer and past president of the Iowa Group Travel Association; officer on the Education board and Call Committee at First Lutheran Church; officer on the board of the Spirit Lake Music Boosters Association.
