Worked on a team that created a new data warehouse for business intelligence reporting. At the same time we were building the data warehouse the company was also implementing a new Oracle CRM system. My role was to learn the new system specific to Service Request data and document how the old system Clarify, mapped to the new Oracle system and then how it was logically being modeled in the new data warehouse. I also helped map the old reports to the new data elements and worked with the business to define new reporting requirements and then create the scope for the new reports.

Worked as a software support analyst in a 24x7 call center. Main focus was on backup software installed on a Sun Solaris System. Backups were mostly to tape but also to disk. The software also supported data storage management. Particiapted in an oncall roatation for escalated support issues over the weekends.
