How Dataiku stays true to itself and remains authentic can be an arduous undertaking for anyone but Laurie handles it with grace and with an ease of fluidity that demonstrates experience in the role. I had an opportunity to sit on the culture panel during our most recent global offsite in Huelva and working with Laurie has been a pleasure. She's professional and takes her job seriously but knows how to work well with others. On stage, Laurie can also seem like a natural - she's comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, composed / well-spoken, carries herself the right way, and has a natural grace to her. However, off stage, she remains the same person but is also humble, listens well to others, and generally takes an approach of minimum bias when engaging others. Laurie leads through her words and actions, being someone that's also willing to take action, and sets a strong example for others to follow (and has been a great role model for many of our aspiring female leaders). On a more personal level, I've gotten to know Laurie a bit more in the past year and my only regret is not having collaborated with her more often during my time at Dataiku.
