Prior to her position as CEO, Laurie served as FLM Harvest’s President and Chief Operating Officer. She previously led internal communications for Syngenta Seeds NA. With more than 25 years of experience in communications and marketing, she offers expertise in branding, go to market, business strategy, employee engagement and product launches. Her agri-marketing experience spans across the animal health, broad acre row crops, tree, fruit, vegetable, lawn care, finance and equipment sectors. Laurie is an Iowa State graduate who leads with vision and passion while remaining focused on brand values. She is also involved with Women in Agribusiness and the National Agri-Marketing Association.
