I created Laurie's Pie Bar out of my home kitchen in 2014 to bring back the lost art of handcrafted pie. Our first storefront is located in the Historic District of downtown Long Beach where we serve sweet and savory pies, along with beer and wine. Our mission at Laurie's Pie Bar is to provide you with wholesome, delicious nourishment for the soul that reminds you of home and happy memories.
