SOUTHCOM/ Caribbean and Latin America region Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. Drive program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs in the Latin America and Caribbean region. Currently managing contract of ~$100M and involved in the negotiation of contract and contract changes, directly supporting US Embassies in Latin America.

Filled in for Scrum Master when he was absent.• Responsible for training new hires and developing training material.• Subject Matter Expert for Next Generation Power Amplifier (NGPA) functional testing. Defined test strategy, developed and implemented all functional tests using LabView and TestStand, validated test station, troubleshot issues, updated cables and fixture connections. Worked with Engineering to understand requirements and radio functions, worked with the Hardware team to make changes and documentation updates. • Developed and implemented Harris Airborne Multichannel Radio (HAMR) unit level config test, trained operator and currently provide production support as needed.• Harris Networking Radio (HNR) development and implementation using LabView and TestStand.• Lead and conducted Environmental Testing for UAE Customer Factory Acceptance Test: o Created Test Settings Document for customer. o Pre-screened 197 units to ensure no customer witnessed failures. o Did 2 Kaizen improvements and performed 5S in testing room to prevent mistakes and increase efficiency.o Worked with Program Management and Quality to coordinate all testing related activities.o Fastly adapted to priority changes, created fast test setups as needed, made power cables, added tests and screened units within a tight deadline to meet customer requirements.o Tested equipment with customer as witness. Efforts resulted in ZERO testing failures and a satisfied customer.• Provided necessary support to successfully transition Multi-Channel Manpack tests into new firmware versions. Updated code as necessary to make tests backwards compatible. Did TCI/Cpk analysis to successfully close out all TCI/Cpk driven actions.

• Managed priority changes, production schedules and material flow to meet production requirements for Intrepid SMT line.• Advised management of potential production problems, the status of work in progress, and material availability to ensure production needs were met.• Prepared work orders and/ or purchase requests for production based on a supply and demand, master production schedule, and inventory requirements.• Coordinated production activities with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, operations, and stockroom.• Determined impact on liability or inventory before approving an ECO or a DW.

-Performed data analysis of process specifications for higher tobacco yield and improved energy performance in the tobacco manufacturing process area.-Managed a Global Energy Monitoring project by performing configuring and programming tasks with internal tools and resources. -Designed and launched an Energy and Water Awareness Campaign.-Detected energy waste and did energy maps of facility.-Assessed the feasibility of energy related systems/ projects.
