This was a progression to a more technologically advanced multi-disciplinary practice which enabled me to gain more experience in a variety of projects ranging from Topographic Surveys, Vineyard design and layout, Cadastral Surveys, supervised Subdivision Design (including all services), Construction Setout, As-built Surveys and Plan production.These projects were carried out using the following equipment, design and draughting packages. Leica GPS and Total Stations combined with 12D and AutoCad software. In this time I also became proficient at producing datasets ready for electronic lodgement with Landonline.The responsibilities I undertook included client consultation, fieldwork, data processing and presentation of data with associated reports. I also lead field parties and managed and trained some junior surveying staff members.

This was my first position post graduation as a Junior surveyor in a predominantly cadastral survey practice. I gained a good grounding of the basic principles of cadastral work, topographic surveys and many vineyard layouts. These projects were normally led by a senior surveyor within the practice. But field work and presentation of information was done by myself and assistants.
