Led technical support efforts for integration of new hardware and replacement and upgrading of existing hardware - provided guidance and technical data to hardware developers, as well as assisting in development of thermal vacuum test plans and procedures. Performed review and disposition of > 500 potential contract changes including evaluation contract change proposals and incorporation into the Statement of Work.•Provided certified support to the Mission Evaluation Room (MER) console for ISS for more than 10 Shuttle flights as well as daily operations for ISS maintenance with focus on assessment of system performance, support for anomalies and failures, and supported planning for upcoming events
