Daily operations of several primary care and specialty departments in large multispecialty ambulatory clinic. Includes operational & capital budget development and management, medical practice management, physician/APP recruitment, project management, process improvement & staff development. Management & oversight of 23 physicians/APPs, 56 clinical & clerical staff & 2 supervisors. Focus is patient experience, caregiver engagement & resource management.

Direct oversight of the Department of Nursing (250 RNs, LPNs, MAs & techs) in a large multi-specialty ambulatory clinic. P&P development, staff recruitment & interviews, performance evals, participation on multiple system, regional and local committees (Scope of Practice, Infection Control, Health & Safety, Aurora Medical Group Competencies, IT Committee, Clinical Operations Network). Direct supervision of 6 Nursing Supervisors, Staff Educator, Patient Assistance Program & Patient Facilitators.
