Responsible for planning, designing and implementing the Indiana Bankers Association's (IBA) educational offerings, including schools, seminars, executive-level forums, conferences and webinars. Responsibilities also include planning and managing the Cybersecurity Conference, Security & Risk Management Conference, Banking on Women Conference, Advance Agricultural Lending Conference, Midwest Agricultural Banking School, Agricultural Clinic, and the IBA Leadership Development Program. Serve as the primary contact for IBA’s Agricultural Banking Committee, Bank Security Committee, Cybersecurity Committee, and Banking on Women Conference Committee. Additionally, serve as the liaison for the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin.
