With over two decades of experience, I have developed my expertise in designing and implementing talent development programs, specializing in leadership development, culture and change management. My contributions extend to the credit union system, where I’ve supported in areas such as - CEO recruitments, CEO performance planning and reviews, HR strategic planning, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, change management and Board assessments. As an accredited Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Master of Administration in Leadership, I bring a unique blend of qualifications and hands-on experience. Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in exploring my creative side through pottery, sharing the benefits of yoga and mediation through teaching and seeking inspiration in what nature has to offer us.
