-Operates as a contact for all employees with questions on policies, procedures, payroll, benefits and other confidential issues. -Assist with the entire process from creating job postings, initial phone screens, face to face interviews and new employee orientations.-Responsible for compensation policy interpretation-Responsible for onboarding process for any new employee and new hire offers-Involved in promotions, market analysis, job evaluation and other compensation projects and initiatives-Manages safety training for all new and current employees-Prepares compensation-related training material-Assists in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies-Develops and documents procedures to ensure compliance-Works with all departments on hiring needs-Involved in payroll for each employee-Involved with benefits administration from making changes in the various systems, communicating with our vendors, and COBRA, FMLA, disability and 401k administration.
