With over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am currently a Personal Lines Auditor at Intact. Intact is the largest provider of property and casualty insurance in Canada. I hold the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, which demonstrates my knowledge and competence in the insurance field.As an Auditor, I review and evaluate the underwriting performance and compliance of the personal lines products, ensuring the quality and consistency of the underwriting practices and standards across the organization. I also provide feedback and recommendations for improvement, and create and present reports and findings to various stakeholders, including management, underwriters, and auditors. I use my Excel and communication skills to analyze data, generate insights, and deliver clear and concise messages. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same values of integrity, excellence, and customer satisfaction.Prior to my role as an Auditor, I held positions as both and Intermediate and Senior Underwriter, and started my career in the Insurance Industry as a CSR at a local brokerage here in Kelowna BC.I am passionate about the insurance industry and love my job!
