As the inaugural manager of the Victorian Government Library Service, I created an organisational structure and service delivery model to provide research and reference services to staff across the Victorian Government.Leading staff through transformational change, we undertook a rapid evolution to digital service delivery, with a focus on desktop end user access to a broad range of high quality electronic resources, while maintaining the integrity of subject-specialist content.
