This improved bottom line by $2M.• Canadian liaison to a global ICI project to drastically reduce working capital. Achieved 25% reductions ($5M) in inventory value in year one and a further 10% reduction in year two. Worked with IT to create automated replenishment (Order to Point) system and inventory rebalance process based on each stores’ SKU performance.
