As member of the Portfolio Management Office team (PMO), I drive and support all activities related to the collection, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators. I develop dashboards and scorecards that aid in forecasting, trending and tracking of performance and other key metrics. I prepare executive presentations for the purposes of supporting operational excellence and management intelligence for effective decision-making and overall tracking of Portfolio performance.I am tasked to consult with cross-functional groups to identify data and analytical needs, conduct analyses, and review analyses and findings with leadership and facilitate related process/data improvement efforts. I also prepare similar intelligence for department partners, and interact with internal partners. More recently I am involved in the post implementation of CRM 2016 as a Tactical Team member tasked to provide effective and systematic solutions to our business customers and partners.

Provide support to our national food service team in the form of sales reporting on a regular schedule.Manage day to day operations for the regional sales office, purchasing supplies, accounts payable, negotiations with service providers. Act as a liaison to other departments within the Simplot Food Group and Simplot Corporate organization. Aid our broker network and customer base with various requests for information, procedure issues and product support. Review,analyze and report on departmental expenses.
